Some quests deal with serious topics such as image-based abuse, coercion, unsafe contact, online hate and disturbing content. You can leave any activity at any time, and the Need help? button is always available inside a quest.

• Talk to someone you trust — a friend, family member, counsellor, teacher or support service.
• In Australia, you can report serious online abuse and harmful content to the eSafety Commissioner at esafety.gov.au/report.
• Most platforms let you block, mute, restrict and report accounts — use all four when needed.
• If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
